Heart Chakra
The Heart Chakra is the fourth of the seven main chakras. In Sanskrit, it is called Anahata, which means unhurt. It is associated with Compassion, Affection, and Love.
An unbalanced Heart Chakra can manifest in many different ways. Here are some signs of an unbalanced or blocked Heart Chakra:
Emotional Signs:
Fear, hatred, hurt, trust issues, grudges
Physical Signs:
Asthma, heart disease, upper back pain, autoimmune deficiency
Relative to Relationships (romantic, familial, friendship, etc.)
Emotional withdrawal

Activities to Balance/Clear your Heart Chakra:
Forest Bathing, Driving with Windows Down, Gratitude, Positive Affirmations, Boundaries
Foods to Balance/Clear your Heart Chakra:
Broccoli, kale, lettuce, green peppers, spinach, cucumber, celery, green apples, avocados, limes, and green herbs.
You can also work with the following crystals by placing one or two on your Heart Chakra while you meditate, keeping them in your pocket/bra or even under your pillow when you sleep,
